The Magnificent Mile Floral Mural

To celebrate the 8th annual Tulips on The Magnificent Mile, a three-dimensional floral mural abstractly depicting The Magnificent Mile district is on display at the John Hancock Center Plaza starting Thursday, May 5. The all-natural installation created by Landscape Concepts Management, Inc. uses over 6,000 flowers and will be on display throughout Mother’s Day weekend for about three weeks.
Flower enthusiasts will enjoy identifying the floral mural inclusions such as yellow and pink tulips, Delphinium Summer Nights, Alyssum Snow Crystals White, Angelonia Serena White, Helichrysum Icicles, Osteospurmum Margarita Pink Flare, Osteospurmum Sideshow Bi Color Pink, Osteospurmum Sideshow White, Sage Golden, Salvia Sally Fun Blue Emotion, Stock Harmony Cherry Blossom, Senetti Blue, Pansy Delta Primrose, Pansy Panola Blue, Lysimachia Goldilocks, Impatiens Fusion Yellow, Geraniums Ivy Rose, Bacopa Lavender and more.
